Terms of Service

Last updated: November 5, 2026

By using Nebula you agree to these terms.

The service

Nebula is a private tool for invited members of a freelance team. It lets you manage your linked mailboxes and send project proposals. It is provided "as is", without guarantees of availability, and may change or stop at any time.

Your account

  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is sent from your account.
  • Only link mailboxes that you own or are allowed to use.
  • The team manager may approve, suspend, or remove accounts.

Acceptable use

  • Send only honest, relevant messages. No spam, bulk unsolicited mail, scams, or misleading content.
  • Review what the AI writes, and follow the rules of the email provider and of the sites where you find clients.
  • Automatic sending is your choice and your responsibility; turn it off any time in Settings.
  • When you send from an Atomic Mail inbox, Atomic Mail's own terms apply to that inbox, including its rules on unsolicited commercial email.

Third-party services

Nebula works with Google, Microsoft, Atomic Mail, and the AI provider whose API key you add. Their own terms also apply to your use of them, including any charges your AI provider makes for your key.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the operators of Nebula are not liable for lost data, missed or wrongly sent email, or any indirect damage from using the service.
